Refer a friend or apply yourself for any of the eligible positions. Click the Refer a Friend link above, search eligible positions, and submit your referrals or apply yourself. Program runs from June 9 through September 17, 2008.

Anyone who is not a current employee of Ministry Health Care. Search firms are excluded. In the event a candidate is referred by multiple people, Ministry Health Care reserves the right to determine who will receive the bonus based on the earliest submission. Generally, this is determined by the first name received according to date.

If you refer a friend or apply yourself for the eligible positions, you will receive a check valued at $1,000 within 30 days of the new hire's start date or your start date. The grand prize drawing will be held on November 1, 2008 and the winner will be notified.

• Experienced Registered Nurses:
  Critical Care, Emergency Department, Operating Room, Med/Surg
• Pharmacists*
• Physical Therapists
• Experienced Surgical Technologists

Casual positions and previous applicants are not eligible for this program.

Yes, please visit our website at: ministryhealth.org. You will not qualify for the bonus or the grand prize if you refer someone for a non-eligible position.

You will be responsible for filing the taxes on the bonus and/or the weekend getaway. Ministry Health Care will be sending you a 1099 tax form at the end of the year and you are responsible for handling this with your personal tax return.

The winner of the drawing will receive an Apple Vacations Gift Certificate worth $2,500. At the end of the year, the winner will receive a 1099 tax form from Ministry Health Care. He/she is responsible for handling this with his/her personal tax return. Please contact a tax professional for details regarding filing a personal tax return.
